Opportunities for Giving to Farmington Valley Academy Montessori:

For many families, the Farmington Valley Academy may be their first experience with a private school. Private, non-profit schools rely on support from their families and friends to help meet fundraising goals that are used to support enrichment programs and financial aid. All gifts, large and small, are very meaningful. Gifts of time, expertise and talent are equally valuable.

Annual Giving to Farmington Valley Academy

Each year, volunteers launch the Annual Giving.  As a school, we try to keep tuition increases to a minimum, yet the cost of a Montessori education does exceed the tuition that families pay.  Each year a particular amount is defined as an annual goal and helps to balance the budget.  The goal of the 2012-2013 campaign is $75,000.

100% participation solidifies each family’s important role in creating a supportive school community.  A gift of any amount is appreciated.

Neils and Willem van Gemeren Scholarship Fund

The Neils and Willem van Gemeren Scholarship Fund reaches out to families who are committed to a Montessori education, but whose finances do not allow them a private school expense.  Donations of any amount may be made to this fund.
